Discover the Mayan Tz’utujil culture and learn about the people of San Juan!

In this tour, you will learn about the history of the village, its traditions, and the different crafts, including textiles, art, and coffee.

At the women’s weaving cooperative, you will learn the entire process from spinning cotton into yarn, dying the yarn using natural dyes, and weaving the materials into beautiful products. You will also learn about the use of natural medicinal plants to cure different diseases or to create natural beauty products.
